Having been warned that security was tight at the Riverport Ampitheatre, I only brought in my digital camera and not my 35mm. I didn't get very many good pictures from where I was sitting, so if anyone has good concert photos to share, please email me. I had the honor of sitting next to Mark Wilson/SAFan during the concert, and being that it was his first GW concert ever, I have to say that he was very emotional, and very moved by the experience. At times, there were tears of happiness in his eyes...something I totally understand from my Elmo experience. Towards the end of the concert, I saw sadness within Mark as well, and he said it was due to the fact that the concerts were now half over for him.

Post concert, we went to a bar with a group covering punk songs (I enjoyed it...I don't think others did, though),
and from there we tried meeting up with Gary K., but the hotel bar was already closed.
So...we retired to Room 234...come on by!
